Individual Home Support – is a service provided to individuals who have a waiver through the Department of Developmental Services. This service is provided to individuals in their home and includes assistance with personal needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, assistance with meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and budgeting.
