Global Horizon Care Service was founded on the principal of providing dependable and high quality home care. We accomplish this by empowering the individuals we support to safely remain in their home while promoting their independence, preserving their dignity and improving their overall quality of life.
Global Horizon Care Service provides the following services: Personal Care Attendant (hourly/24-Hour Live-In); Individual Home Support; Personal Support; Adult Family Living Program (AFL); and Respite – In home (hourly/daily).
We work to deliver the highest quality of individualized, person-centered care while promoting your independence, preserving your dignity and improving your overall quality of life.
We work with your personal physician to develop a plan of care that is specific to your need. Our dedicated clinicians are trained to establish interventions and goals to meet the clients specific care needs.
